You may cancel and receive a full refund up to three weeks before the start of the workshop. We must be notified in writing by fax at 905-477-4283. Delegates canceling within three weeks will be subject to a deduction of  35% of the fee. No-shows will be responsible for the full cost of the course. Delegate substitution is permitted.

Image & Impact will cancel the course if there are less than four paid delegates three weeks prior to the first day of the course.

Full refunds will be made immediately upon cancellation of a course.
